Call to Order and reading of reasons for closed session by Village President Pursuant to State Stats. 19.85(1)(c) the Village of Theresa Village Board - Finance Committee of the Whole will be conducting a closed session to “consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility”. .
